“I opened Integrated Men’s Health in 2015 because my purpose and mission was to educate men on how they can live their lives at a much higher level than they ever thought possible!
I’ve been in the business for over 15 years now, and I’ve never seen any group of people (men, women, or children) react to these treatments and commit to their own healing like I’ve seen men do. So much so, that they fly in from interstate just to work with me.
I’m leaving a legacy of evolved and conscious men, by creating a new path of growth and sexual connection. who is your therapist?
Specialising in porn addiction and sexual health, Catherine has changed the lives of thousands of men, by setting them on a completely new path of sexual freedom, connection to women, and realisation of "what's possible".
Porn addiction is a global health crisis and the number one cause of mental health issues and erectile dysfunction. With the suicide rate in men being at an all time high, and with men withdrawing sexually, struggling with emotional expression and communication with women, pornography addiction is a primary issue, and it's over 90% of the male population.
Catherine has a rare intuitive gift and an ability to see "what's really here". She will see past all your BS and deliver your issues to you on a platter. What you do with that is your choice. Catherine uses her prophetic insight to facilitate major transformation in your life. Not just a “coach”, she has years of training and experience in various methods and modalities, and has a strong understanding of how the body and mind work, how our spirit cries out for help, and why we behave the way we do.
Catherine has 15 years experience working with all kinds of clients, and is an author and expert in her field. She has a number of publications including a downloadable book aimed at teens and younger men (and parents, teachers, Practitioners - see here) and is launching her new book “THE UNCENSORED THREAT - LOSING GENERATIONS TO PORNOGRAPHY” in March 2021.
She has created her own complex healing systems Integrated Massage Therapy™ and Integrated Kinesiology™, which get men off porn immediately and help then connect back to self and women. These treatments are also aimed at mental health issues - depression, anxiety, PTSD as they heal the body and mind on a cellular level. I know of clients that have been suicidal when they contacted Catherine, and they’ve experienced a miraculous turn around in 1-2 sessions.
Teaching Massage and Kinesiology is also a passion of Catherine's, and she's now moving into treating women, couples therapy, and speaking engagements. You can catch her educating the world on her YouTube channel, where she has over a hundred videos spreading her message and findings.
Her latest project "The Uncensored Threat" has high hopes of educating high school and university students on the impact that pornography is having on our teens. With the majority of teens watching porn regularly, they are coming through impotent and suicidal before they’ve even left school - AND have never even kissed a girl let alone had sex... all because of porn.
